TRE: Trauma Releasing Exercises

  • Registration Closed

Participants will be experiencing Trauma Releasing Exercises. This involves a series of six muscle fatiguing and stretching movements ending with the final movement being on the floor, preferably on a yoga mat wearing stretchy, comfortable clothing. The movements are designed to activate the body’s natural tremoring mechanism that allows release of trapped tension and trauma, initially through tremors in the legs.  For a more in depth explanation, please go to.  www.TraumaPrevention.com
